This is the Terms and Conditions between Clients and Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology & Magick.

In these Terms and Conditions the Client is defined as the person who is using this booking service to receive the wisdom, knowledge, and services of Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick.

In these terms and conditions the sessions and/or bookings are defined as the service, time, wisdom, and experience that is provided by Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick.

In these terms and conditions Valkyrja Vörðr is defined as the service and/or booking provider, practitioner, and astrologer.

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1) All Clients must legally be 18 years of age or older. If you are not legally 18 years of age or older, you are unable to receive sessions and/or bookings from Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick.

2) Valkyrja Vörðr cannot be held liable for decisions, or the consequences of those decisions, made by the Clients before, during, or after their scheduled session with Valkyrja Vörðr. Valkyrja Vörðr cannot be held liable for how the Client interprates the words, advice, time, and experiences that are given from Valkyrja Vörðr to the Client, or what the client decides to do with those interpretations of Valkyrja Vörðr's provided services.

3) There are no refunds that are available once the Client has booked a session.

4) Since there are no refunds available, Clients have the opportunity to reschedule as many times that are necessary so that they are able to receive their scheduled service. While rescheduling a session, there must be a a minimum of 48 hours between the initiation of rescheduling and the new session. Rescheduling also cannot exceed more than 30 calendar days into the future.

4.1) During the process of rescheduling, the Client and Valkyrja Vörðr must meet for the booking and/or service within 90 days of the originally scheduled session and/or booking. After 90 calendar days from the originally scheduled session and/or booking, if the Client and Valkyrja Vörðr have not met for the session then the service and/or booking becomes void, Valkyrja Vörðr retains the full payment made by the client, the client receives no form of compensation for their booking and/or service payment, and the client receives no refund for the services and/or booking that is not going to be provided.

5) If a Client decides they are no longer interested in having a session with Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick, they are welcome to transfer their scheduled session to another person as a gift. The original Client, in transferring the already paid for service and/or booking, forfeits their rights to their originally scheduled and/or booked service. The new Client, that the session and/or booking is being transferred to from the prior Client, now has the access to the booked service as the original Client did. All Terms and Conditions now apply fully to the Client the session has been transferred to.

6) Valkyrja Vörðr is not a licensed therapist, nurse practitioner, or doctor and is not providing therapy or mental health services. This is not a mental health service. This service is meant to be informative and educational for the Client about the systems of Astrology and the opinions on Magick and Spirituality that come from Valkyrja Vörðr and their experience and studies on such topics.

7) If it is obvious, in Valkyrja Vörðr's opinion while in session with the Client, that the Client is a danger to themselves and/or others- the proper authorities will be notified.

8) Confidential, personal, private information that is provided by the Client will not be sold or used without the Client's permission first being given to Valkyrja Vörðr. For example: marketing materials will not be emailed to the Client without the Client first giving Valkyrja Vörðr permission to send emails to the Client.

9) All sessions and/or bookings must be paid for in full before the service and/or booking is provided to the Client by Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick.

10) All sessions are held through technology. The Client must be able and willing to provide their own form of technology (i.e. phone, computer) so they are able to attend the session virtually. Valkyrja Vörðr is not responsible for providing technology so the client is able to receive the services provided by Valkyrja Vörðr through Astrology and Magick.

11) Valkyrja Vörðr has the ability to reschedule sessions when and if necessary, while doing the best to maintain the integrity of the originally scheduled time for the service and/or booking with the Client.
